William Lee "Bill" Farkas

William Lee "Bill" Farkas, age 83, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, passed away on November 25, 2025. Born on October 27, 1942, in Alliance, Ohio, Bill was the son of Isabelle (Libert) Farkas and William Lee Farkas, Sr. He dedicated his life to his family and country, serving in the U.S. Army and building a career as a skilled concrete finisher. Bill married Patricia Ann Farkas on June 8, 1964, in Stillwell, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on March 24, 2008.

He is survived by three daughters, Tina Harris of Mansfield, AR, Linda Duncan of Muldrow, OK, and Kathy Barnes and Steven of Sallisaw, OK; a son, Preston Farkas and Stephanie of Muldrow, OK; seven grandchildren: Nichole Farkas, Timothy Farkas, Cody Harris, Michael Farkas, Sarah Miller, Kayla Duncan, and Zoe Barnes; four great-grandchildren: Wyatt, Patience, Sophia, and Kaydence; two sisters, Lillian Amelung of Austintown, OH, and Regina Stiffler of Carrollton, OH; two brothers, Steve Farkas of Salem, OH, and Jim Farkas of Hanoverton, OH; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by one son, William Lee Farkas, Jr.; one daughter, Diana Claudette Farkas; his wife; parents; and two sisters, Isabelle Coffer and Darlene Yagello.

A funeral service to honor Bill's life will take place at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 1, 2025, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma, with burial to follow at Mitchell Cemetery in Gans, Oklahoma. Family and friends are also invited to pay their respects during the viewing from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday at the chapel in Muldrow.
