Survivors are one son, Wayne Teague of Muldrow, OK; one grandchild; two sisters, Debra Litchford of Las Vegas, NV and Brenda Smith of Las Vegas, NV; two brothers, Johnny Osborn of Henderson, NV and Rusty Osborn of Mesquite, NV; and several nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Carrie Teague; and three sisters, Sarah, Becky and Terri.
