He was born on July 13, 1964 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Laverna (Graham) Osborne and Tommy Louis Osborne and passed away on October 24, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.  Mr. Osborne was a construction worker.

Survivors are one daughter, Jessica Osborne of Fort Smith, AR; one son, Blake Osborne of Cookson, OK; grandchildren, Levi Grantham, Jace Osborne and one on the way; two sisters, Deborah Reed of Short community, OK and Darlene Woods of Tennessee; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
