Terri Lynn (Price) Cox

Memorial Graveside Service for Terri Lynn (Price) Cox, 67, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on August 9, 1956 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Mary Faith (Masterson) Bittle and Bill Price and passed away on May 13, 2024 in her home surrounded by loving family. Terri graduated from Sallisaw High School in 1974 and received a Psychology degree from Oklahoma State University in 1979. She found her calling counseling students at Carl Albert State College in Sallisaw and retired in 2021. She remained close with her CASC family.

Terri was passionate about her Black Diamonds, her OSU Cowboys, and life in general. She loved and cared for many animals over the years. Her favorite place to be was at the White River fishing with her family. Terri was known for trying to make every situation better for her children and grandchildren no matter the cost because she loved them so intensely. 

Terri is survived by two sons, Nicholas Cox and wife Tinisha, and Christopher Cox; three grandchildren, Cooper Cox, Trinity Cox, and Tite Cox; step-dad, Tom Bittle; and best dog, Louis.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Faith (Masterson) Bittle; father, Bill Price; grandparents, James "Soap" and Gladys Masterson; cousin, Butch Gore; and best friend, Sheila Sequichie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Black Diamond Booster Club.
