He was born on August 21, 1951 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Ida Elsie ( Brown) Keen and Joseph Washington Keen and passed away on April 30, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Keen was a construction worker for S and R Construction.

Survivors are two daughters, Shannon Sanders of Albany, Oregon and Cori Kegel of Fayetteville, North Carolina; one son, TK of Washington State; eight grandchildren; one brother, Stanley Keen of Dallas, Oregon; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
