He was born on January 25, 1959 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Virgie Ruth (Childers) Moore and Franklin Edward Moore, Sr. and passed away on June 12, 2022 in Gans, Oklahoma. He was a shuttle bus driver for Cherokee Nation and a member of Gans Bible Church.
Survivors are:
one brother, Frank Moore of Jonestown, PA;
and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
