Graveside Service for Shirl (Watkins) Allen, 65, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 15, 2026 at Roland City Cemetery in Roland, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on June 13, 1960 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Josie (Kester) Watkins and Abner Victor Watkins and passed away on March 19, 2026 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Michael W. Allen on November 28, 1979 in Liberty community, Oklahoma. Mrs. Allen was a factory worker.

Survivors are husband, Michael of the home; one daughter, Erica Simmons of Mission, TX; two sons, Jared Allen and Phyllis of Parsons, KS and Jessie Allen of Fort Smith, AR; three grandchildren, Elijah, Noah and Aleah: two brothers, Larry Watkins of Muldrow, OK and Abner Watkins of Muldrow, OK; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Loretta Heckerman, Margie Lovell and Linda Carter; and brothers, Herman, Doyle and Oscar Watkins.

Viewing will be 10 AM - 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Muldrow.
