Richard "Charlie Brown" Chambers

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard Michael Chambers, who left this world surrounded by the love of his family. Richard was born June 4, 1978, and spent his life creating memories, sharing laughter, and showing unwavering love to those closest to him.

Richard was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Jennifer O'Neal Chambers, and a proud father to his five children, Halie Chambers and Vincent Galvan, Zander Chambers, Hanna Chambers, Sydney Chambers and Xackary Chambers. He was also a loving grandfather to his cherished grandson, Jenson Galvan, who brought immense joy to his life. He also leaves behind his mother, Brenda Moad and many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

Richard found happiness in the simple things that made life meaningful. He loved spending time on the water boating, getting muddy on outdoor adventures, fishing, golfing, cooking, and most importantly, being with his family. Whether he was sharing stories, teaching life lessons or simply enjoying a day outdoors, Richard's greatest treasure was the time he spent with the people he loved.

He will be remembered for his strength, his sense of humor, hardworking nature and the unconditional love he gave to his family and friends. His presence could light up a room and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Though our hearts ache in his absence, we find comfort in the countless memories he leaves behind and the lasting impact he had on those fortunate enough to share in his life.

Forever loved, forever remembered and forever missed.

Graveside Services will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Serving as active pallbearers will be Zander Chambers, JR Bowles, Vincent Galvan, Billy Glover, Ronnie Lee O'Neal, Jr., Gene Brown, Josh Wilson and Mason Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be Xachary Chambers, Bill McGarrah, Jacob O'Neal, Nick Johnson and Treston Wilson.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the viewing that will be 1 - 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
