Rachel (Taylor) Noe

Graveside Service for Rachel (Taylor) Noe, 91, of Webbers Falls, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Citizens Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on December 8, 1931 in Abbott, Arkansas to Maudie (Allen) Taylor and Lemmie Taylor and passed away on June 22, 2023 in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma. She was married to Harold H. Noe on July 19, 1953 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He preceded her in death on August 25, 1991. Rachel worked in the maintenance department at the Tulare County Courthouse and was of the Protestant faith.

Survivors are three sons, Gary Lee Noe and Carolyn of Webbers Falls, OK, Larry J. Noe and Barbara of Fayetteville, AR and Jack H. Noe of Salinas, CA; four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jewell Griggs of Waldron, AR and Bonnie Breshears of Mt. Ida, AR; one brother, Ray Taylor of San Bernardino, CA; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Noe; her parents, Lemmie and Maudie Taylor; and three sisters, Elizabeth Parks, Lois Wright and Mae Dearman; and one brother, James Taylor.
