Funeral Service for Rachel Sue Fox, 41 of Gore, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 23, 2025 at Blackgum Harvestime Church in Vian, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in Gore, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on February 14, 1984 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Beth (Jones) Fox and James Fox and passed away on May 17, 2025 in Gore, Oklahoma. She and her soul mate, Chad Hornback, shared eight wonderful years together with their four precious children.

Rachel was a member of the Remnant Church of Latter Day Saints. She was loved by all who knew her. She had a passion for taking care of the elderly and worked for the Gore Nursing Home for many years. She found joy in the open roads and loved riding motorcycles with Chad. Her greatest pride was her children and family. She shared an especially close bond with her sisters and grandmother.

Survivors are three sons, Colton Spears of Blackgum, OK, AJ Allen and Lizzy of Atoka, OK, and Waylon Hornback of Webbers Falls, OK; one daughter, McKenzie Hornback of Gore, OK; parents, Jim and Beth (Jones) Fox of Blackgum, OK; two sisters, Megan Pitts and Austin of Gore, OK and Shanna Whittle and Chris of Tahlequah, OK; nieces, Erin Crawford of Sallisaw, OK, Alex Crawford of Fort Smith, AR, and Ava Whittle of Tahlequah, OK; nephew, Sawyer Whittle of Tahlequah, OK; grandmother, Louise Craghead of Blackgum, OK; three uncles, Mickey Jones of Blackgum, OK, Mark Jones of Sallisaw, OK, and John Fox of Gore, OK; one aunt, Jacalyn Pack of Sallisaw, OK; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving mate, Chad; aunt, Rhonda (Jones) Hughart; cousin, Justin Jones; grandparents, Jack and Melba Fox and Junior and Eulene Jones; and great-grandparents, Cecil and Nannie Davis, and Marvin and Modean Fritts.

Active Pallbearers will be Austin Pitts, Chris Whittle, Nick Jones, Blake Buttery, Brett Buttery and Mike Davis.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mickey Jones, Mark Jones, Charles Davis and Rickey Davis.

Viewing will be 10 AM - 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma where the family will greet 6 - 8 PM.
