Survivors are husband, Herschel Cook of the home; one son, Kevin King of Muldrow, OK; one granddaughter, Kinzie King of Barling, AR; one sister, Lisa Barentine and Kenny of Muldrow, OK; one brother, Richard King and Jan Green of Fort Smith, AR; and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother; sister, Brenda Cook and brothers, Roy, David, Terry, Leon, Jimmy and Sheldon King.
