Patsy Cunningham

Patsy Cunningham, age 82, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2026, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Born on February 12, 1944, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Patsy was the beloved daughter of Margaret Pauline (Wilson) Davis and Otis Paul Wilson.

Patsy dedicated much of her career to retail, having worked at TG&Y and Walmart. Her passion for cross-stitching and avid love for reading were well known to those close to her. Patsy was a strong, loving presence in the lives of her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughters, Kristina Crabtree and Kimberly Cunningham; her cherished grandchildren, Latisha Cunningham and Justina Lee Cunningham; as well as four great-grandchildren. Patsy is also remembered by her sister, Lee Shulin; along with many other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Frank and Michael Wilson; her sisters, Judy Beaver and Jeanette Wilson along with her twin sister, Peggy Wilson.

Her cremation services are under the care of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc., honoring her life and the memories she leaves behind.
