She was born on July 4, 1983 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Judy Kay (Vaughan) Clark and Robert "Bob" J. Clark and passed away on June 25, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Harold Dean McCormick, Jr. She was a certified nursing assistant and caregiver.

Survivors are husband, Harold Dean McCormick, Jr. of the home; four sons, Matthew Clark, Lane Holmes and Isiah Holmes, all of Northwest Arkansas and Damon Wayne Vancepreghy of Cedarville, AR; one brother, Chris Clark of Northwest Arkansas; one sister, Anna Mohesky of Northwest Arkansas; father, Bob Clark of Springdale, AR; special nieces, Ashleigh, Emma, Amaren and Baby Peanut; nephews, Kaleb, Little Robert, Little Gary and Jasper; and several other relatives and a host of friends. 

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Shyann Holmes; and her mother, Judy Kay Clark.
