Michael "Jason" Pegg

Memorial Service for Michael "Jason" Pegg, 52 of Brushy community, Oklahoma will be at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at First Christian Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on April 18, 1972 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Cherry Lynn (Carlton) Sanders and Michael Lewis Pegg and passed away on June 27, 2024 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jason enjoyed hunting, fishing and target practicing. He loved working on cars with his son and motorcycle riding. More than anything, Jason loved being with his friends and his family. 

Survivors are wife, Glenda Branham Pegg; son, Michael Kristofer Pegg; daughter, Kayla Lynn Pegg; three grandsons, Greyson Michael Wilson, Cornelius Paul Wilson and Michael Ryder Pegg; brother, Jonathan Scott Pegg and his wife, Natasha Vann Pegg; nephews, Tim Branham, Devan Branham, Jonathan Pegg, David Pegg, Easton Branham and Jase Branham; nieces, Rachel Girdner, Audrey Pegg and Dystine Branham; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Lewis Pegg; mother, Cherry Lynn Carlton Sanders and his older brother, Chad Renfro.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jack Lineberry, Mark Ballinger, Jason "Eddie" Wiley and Dewayne Burgess.
