He was born on November 16, 1959 in San Francisco, CA to Carol Juanita (Hefner) Conrad and George Major Conrad and passed away on July 23, 2024 in Muldrow, Oklahoma.
Survivors are mother, Juanita Conrad of Muldrow, OK; 1 sister, Sherry Swearingin and Russell of Mulberry, AR; 1 brother, Chris Conrad of Muldrow, OK; and several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
he was preceded in death by his father.
