Survivors are mother, Juanita Conrad of Muldrow, OK; 1 sister, Sherry Swearingin and Russell of Mulberry, AR; 1 brother, Chris Conrad of Muldrow, OK; and several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
