He was born on June 16, 1944 to Corene (Arnold) Guy and Vernon Decinque and passed away peacefully on January 7, 2024 in Roland, Oklahoma. He was married to Minnie Decinque. Mr. Decinque was a retired truck driver. He loved fishing and he loved his wife, Minnie.

Survivors are wife, Minnie Decinque; daughter, Lori Moore and Jim of Sallisaw, OK; three grandchildren, Amber Harwell and Landon of Roland, OK, Courtney Briggs of Sallisaw, OK and Jimmie Moore of Sallisaw, OK; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Debbie Petit of Millville, N.J., Bette Giesing of Groton, CT and Abbey Walls of Pennsylvania; one brother, Lewis Decinque of Coventry, CT; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon Decinque and Corene and Floyd Guy.
