Melissa Gibbs

Memorial Service for Melissa “Missy” Gibbs, 40 of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 27, 2023, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma.

She was born on August 14, 1983, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Anna (Jamison) Young and Floyd Young and passed away on November 21, 2023, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Franklin Gibbs on May 1, 2003 in Roland, Oklahoma. Mrs. Gibbs was a homemaker.

Survivors are husband, Franklin Gibbs of the home; one son, Joshua Gibbs of the home; one sister, Jo Ann Batt of Arkoma, OK; two brothers, Larry Young of Pine Bluff, AR and Bobby Jones of Van Buren, AR; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Abigail.
