Graveside Services for Mary June (Wood) Sanders, 71 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00pm on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on January 11, 1947 in Russellville, Arkansas to Lou Jane Grigsby Wood and Lonnie Benjamin Wood and passed away on October 8, 2018 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was an LPN for several local hospitals and nursing homes.

Survivors are:

2 daughters: Carolyn Sanders of Fayetteville, AR and Lisa Sanders of Sallisaw, OK

2 sons: Robert G. Sanders of Tahlequah, OK and Jim Sanders of Sallisaw, OK

5 grandchildren

2 great grandchildren

3 sisters: Sharon Clark of Miami, OK, Jana Simpson of Tahlequah, OK and
Diana Poindexter of Raleigh, NC

1 brother: Lonnie R. Wood of Tulsa, OK

several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Viewing will be 10 am – 8 pm Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
