Marilyn June (Harden) Reese

Funeral service for Marilyn June Reese, 82 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00PM on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on September 9, 1940 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Opal Juanita (Riggs) Harden and James Edward Harden and passed away on July 9, 2023 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Reese was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are four sons, Kenny Reese of Sallisaw, OK, Leroy Reese and Tina of Louisiana, Chriss Reese and Amy of Brewers Bend, OK, and Mark Reese of Sallisaw, OK; seven grandchildren, Blake Reese, Bobby Reese, Ashley Tuck, Greg Reese, Honey Fenn, Everett Reese, and Garrison Reese; eight great grandchildren; four sisters, Barbara Enyart of Sallisaw, OK, Martha Ely of Sallisaw, OK, Joan Harden of Sallisaw, OK, Eva Boyd of Sallisaw, OK; one brother, Ike Harden of Sallisaw, OK; numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Jimmy Harden.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.

Active Pallbearers will be Bobby Reese, Blake Reese, Everett Reese, and Garrison Reese.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Greg Reese.
