She was born on April 14, 1928 in Short, Oklahoma to Cora F. (Carter) Stevenson and Monroe F. Stevenson and passed away on March 9, 2024 in Vian, Oklahoma. She was married to William Jefferson "Bill" Johnson on April 14, 1949. He preceded her in death on February 7, 1988. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors are three granddaughters, Jody Dutton and Nollan of Palm Coast, FL, Shannon Johnson and Felix Ruiz of Lebanon, PA and Samantha Hamm and Kyle of Jacksonville, FL; four great-grandchildren, Alicia Dutton and companion Mitch Ellis, Kari Dennis and Maverick, Gabriel Johnson and Jackson Hamm; and several other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, David Johnson; husband; parents; great-granddaughter, Madelaine Hope Johnson; and her brother, Warren Stevenson.
Viewing will be 10 AM - 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 - 8 PM.
