Madison Danielle Collins, 31, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, left this world on August 5, 2026, in Sherwood, Arkansas. Born on October 5, 1994, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, she brought joy and light to those around her as a devoted mother and respected manager at Dollar General.
Her legacy lives on through her beloved sons, Maddix Kyle Riddle and Maverik Kole Riddle of the home. Madison found immense pride and love in watching her boys grow and thrive.
Madison's family, including her father Michael Collins and his wife Susan of Fort Smith, AR, and her siblings, sisters, Makayla Stevenson and Tyler of Muldrow, OK, McKenzie Ackerson of Sallisaw, OK, Mika Collins of Fort Smith, AR, and brother Michael Collins II of Fort Smith, AR, were central to her life. She cherished her niece, Miley, and nephews Jackson, Logan, Noah, Westyn, and Ryker.
Adored by extended family, Madison's aunts Kelly Gann of Gans, OK, Leah Kendrick and Blake of Fort Smith, AR; Monica Locust of Sallisaw, OK; Crystal Knox and Chip of Altus, OK and Charla Adams of Talihina, OK; her uncle Doug Collins of Gans, OK; and grandparents Jackie and Lonnie Collins of Gans, OK take comfort in the many memories they shared.
Madison now joins her mother, Suzie, and grandmother, Nancy Basden, in peaceful rest.
A viewing will be held on Monday, from 2 to 8 PM, at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, with the funeral service scheduled for 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at the same location.
Madison’s memory will forever be cherished by her friends, family, and all who were touched by her warmth and kindness.
