He was born on September 9, 1944 in Fairfax, Oklahoma to Vena Mae (Bennett) WhiteEagle and Fred WhiteEagle and passed away on August 4, 2021 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Survivors are:

1 sister: Alicia Mammedaty of Apache, OK;

1 brother: Danny WhiteEagle of Stillwater, OK

numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends including a special niece: Monica Ware of Muldrow, OK.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Erwin and Jesse Ware.
