He was born on September 10, 1975 in Rockledge, Florida to Marilyn Faye (Garvin) Allen and Clifford Felton Allen and passed away on August 22, 2025 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He worked in construction and loved hunting and fishing.

Survivors are two brothers, Jimmy Allen of Sallisaw, OK and Clifford Ray Allen of Wagoner, OK; one niece, Jesslyn Allen of Wagoner, OK; one nephew, Dayton Allen of Broken Arrow, OK; and several other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father.
