She was born on July 3, 1939 in Wetumka, Oklahoma to Ruby Strayhorn Hill and Noah Hill and passed away on September 7, 2018 in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Survivors are:

1 daughter in law: Martha Billings of Centerton, AR

2 grandchildren: Christopher Billings and Terri Beller

7 great grandchildren: Claire, Connor, Addison, Penelope, Kayla, Dax and Mason

3 brothers: Dean Hill of Muldrow, OK, Wayne Hill of Sallisaw, OK and Eldon Hill of Roland, OK

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband: Thurman Billings, 2nd husband: Bill Sussek and 1 son: Chris Billings
