Larry Paul Terrell

Larry Paul Terrell, age 73, of Gore, Oklahoma, passed away on January 19, 2026. He was born on February 12, 1952, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to Joyce Laval (Daily) Prince and Arthur Paul Terrell.

Larry’s life was marked by his devotion to family and his passion for his work. He was married to Laquetta Fay (Teague) Terrell on August 24, 1970, in Gore, Oklahoma. A skilled auto mechanic and carpenter, Larry took great pride in his craft. Among his many interests, he found joy in fishing, a pastime he cherished.

Larry is survived by his beloved wife, Laquetta, at their home; his daughter, Tina Mugleston of Gore, OK; grandson, Chris Mugleston and Alicia; and his great-grandchild, Briella Mugleston. He is also remembered by numerous relatives and a wide circle of friends who will miss him dearly.

Larry was preceded in death by his son, George, and his parents.

A funeral service will be held in his honor at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 30, 2026, at Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore, Oklahoma, with burial to follow at White Cemetery, also in Gore. The service will be conducted under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Active pallbearers will include Punk Daily, Ronnie White, Wayne Daily, Danny Carter, Tom Barnes, and Steve Carter. Honorary pallbearers are Bob Bloomer, James Bloomer, Charles Garrison, Chris Mugleston, Danny Walker, and Ron Gates.

The family will welcome visitors for viewing from noon to 8 PM on Thursday at Agent Millsap Event Center, where they will greet friends from 5 PM to 7 PM.

Larry’s spirit and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
