Funeral Service for Laiklyn Paige McGowan, 9 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on February 20, 2014 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Melissa Marie Rogers and Aaron Todd McGowan and passed away on January 1, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Survivors are mother, Melissa McGowan of Sallisaw, OK; father, Todd McGowan of Sallisaw, OK; three brothers, Hayden McGowan, Tucker McGowan and Zyler Rogers; one sister, Audisea McGowan; grandparents, Lisa Langdell and William of Sallisaw, OK, Sandy Perkins and Dakota of Sallisaw, OK and Adrian McGowan and Michelle of Sallisaw, OK; great-grandparents, Earlene Burrows and Lloyd of Muldrow, OK; and numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jackie Rogers; great-grandparents, Edna Ross, Judy Hall, Irvin McGowan, Houston Rogers, Jerry Don Sumpter and Lora Lee Sumpter.

Active Pallbearers will be Todd McGowan, Zyler Rogers, Hayden McGowan, Tucker McGowan, Kasey Hale and Dakota Perkins.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Kyle McGowan, Buddy McGowan, Caleb McGowan, Caden McGowan, Canaan McGowan, Canyon McGowan, Ryker McGowan and Matthew Langdell.

Viewing will be noon – 8 pm Monday and 10 – 8 pm Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
