Kenneth Gardenhire, Jr.

Funeral Service for Kenneth Gardenhire, Jr., 71, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on April 25, 1953 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Shirley Ann (Barker) Gardenhire and Kenneth Eugene "Pete" Gardenhire and passed away on April 26, 2024 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.  He was married to Patricia Ann (Crawford) Gardenhire on February 3, 1970 in Marble City, Oklahoma.  Mr. Gardenhire was a mechanic.

Survivors are wife, Patricia of the home; two daughters, Melinda Gardenhire of Van Buren, AR and Teresa Day and Charles of Spiro, OK; two sons, Teddy Gardenhire and Connie of Sallisaw, OK and Roger Gardenhire and Becky of Sallisaw, OK; 10 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Lonnie and Leon Gardenhire.

Honorary Pallbearers will be his grandsons. 

Viewing will be noon - 8 pm Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family will greet 6 - 8 pm.
