She was born on August 22, 1956 in Douglas, Arizona to Carrie (Palmer) Allen and Clarence Emerson and passed away on November 8, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. 

Survivors are companion, Don Akin of the home; one daughter, Brandy Turnbough of Sallisaw, OK; three sons, Christopher Young of Tennessee, David Isbell of Sallisaw, OK and George Franklin Newton of Georgia; several grandchildren; mother, Carrie Allen of Sallisaw, OK; one brother, Roy Dean of Alabama; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; sister, Cathy Corn; and nephew, Brody Young
