Karen Chapen

Memorial Service for Karen Chapen, 63, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Liberty Assembly of God Church, 106119 South 4765 Road, in Muldrow, Oklahoma.

She passed away on December 1, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri. She was born on December 13, 1961, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Leora Faye (Trammell) Faulkner and Bobby Ray Faulkner. Karen was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.

Survivors are her son, Bobby Chapen of the home; one grandchild, Bobby Dean Chapen of Kentucky; one sister, Teresa Tabor of Muldrow, OK; nieces and nephews, Dawn Tabor-Day, Daniel Tabor, Drema Poindexter, Genia Saulmon, Scott Brewer and Christy Brewer; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Janet Tabor; and one brother, J.E. Tabor.
