It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kara Lynn Rowe, who left this world far too soon at the age of 29 on September 15, 2025, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Born on January 31, 1996, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Kristi Lea (Reep) Owens and Shawn Glynn Rowe, Kara's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, laughter, and unyielding compassion.
Kara was dedicated to her role as a home health CNA, where her kind-hearted nature shone brightly. She poured her heart into caring for others, effortlessly balancing her professional life with her most treasured role as a mother. Her son, Jaxen Johnson, was the light of her life and she took immense joy in attending his football games.
In addition to her cherished family moments, Kara found happiness in simple pleasures—whether it was painting, attending concerts, or embracing the tranquility of nature alongside her beloved son, nephew, and nieces. She had a natural ability to bring people together and was known for her warm spirit and unwavering love for those around her.
