Julie A Mooring

Julie Ann Mooring was born on November 21, 1968 in Wasco, California, the daughter of James Melvin Mooring and Shirley Ann (Tuck) Mooring. She was a truck driver and of the freewill baptist faith. Julie passed this life on August 16, 2017 in Muldrow, Oklahoma at the age of 48.
