Josh Shook

A Celebration Gathering for Josh “Tiny” Shook, 57, of Gore, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at the City Park in Jay, Oklahoma. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on July 19, 1963 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Deloris Jean “Lois” (Sutterfield) Applewhite and passed away on July 5, 2021 in Farmington, Arkansas.  He was a son, brother, father, father-in-law, grandfather and a good friend.

Survivors are:

Father: Charles Scott and Ursula of Minnesota;

1 Step-Daughter: Tearra Lopez;

2 Sisters: Karen Counce of Tennessee and Anita Garrett and Joe of Braggs, OK;

1 Brother: Gerald Shook of Tennessee;

Niece: Amber Wolf of Tulsa, OK;

Several cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois; nephew, Dewayne Box; and his grandparents.
