He was born on August 17, 1930 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma to Hilma (Hartman) Workman and Jerry Elmer Workman and passed away on April 4, 2026 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Barbara May (Vann) Workman. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and an airplane mechanic for Rockwell International

Survivors are two sons, Jim Workman and Sandy Ladenthin of Sallisaw, OK and Marty Workman of Sallisaw, OK;

and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; one sister, Barbara Taylor and one brother, Jim Workman.
