Jayleigh Sage Maddox

We are sad to announce the passing of Jayleigh Sage Maddox, who was born on January 14, 2026, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and passed away on the same day.

Jayleigh leaves behind her mother, Kaylin Caudle of the home; father, Shane Maddox of Van Buren, AR; three brothers, Greyson, Malechi, and Declan; grandparents, Christy Burks and Jason Burks of Eufaula, OK; great-grandparents, Olen England and Rita of Muldrow, OK; aunt, Kalissa Mayes of Muldrow, OK; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Earl Caudle II.

Jayleigh's spirit will always shine brightly in our hearts.
