He was born on September 29, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio to Ruth Maxine (Calvert) Lasiter and Jesse Harold Adams and passed away on July 14, 2025 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Jack was a veteran of the United States Army, a retired truck driver, and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are daughter, Lacey Crenshaw of Oshkosh, WI; son, Cameron Adams of Roland, OK; two grandchildren; brother, James; two sisters, Ginger and Mary Ann; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
