2 daughters, Tammy Ann Clark of Sallisaw, OK and Debbie Marie Clark of Tulsa, OK;

1 son, Dustin Leighton of Muldrow, OK;

grandchildren, Jeff Davis, Tony Renfro, II, Sandy Taylor, Dustin Leroy Leighton Godwin, II and Angel Godwin, Misty Trevier, Lonnie Gibson and Aaron Clark;

numerous great-grandchildren;

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Ron Fields, 1 daughter: Tammy Sue Leighton-Davis, 1 son: Carl Clark, 1 granddaughter: Candy Craighead, 3 sisters: Mary Alice Means, Dorothy Parkins and Louise Parkins and 1 brother: Bob Parkins.
