Memorial Service for Howard Wesley Matsler, Jr., 49, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 4, 2019 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on July 14, 1970 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Brenda Quay (Byers) Matsler and Howard Wesley Matsler, Sr. and passed away on September 25, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He had a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and was a U.S. Marines Veteran. He worked in the food service industry, was a Manager for IHOP Restaurant and was a former History Teacher.

Survivors are:

1 brother: Jay Matsler of Tulsa, Oklahoma;

numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Susan Bain.
