It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant Harold Willis Lasiter, 71, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, who passed this life on November 29, 2025. A memorial service is being arranged under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Harold was born on August 24, 1954, in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, to Jean Ellen (Browning) Lasiter and Sammy Eugene Lasiter. He married his wife, Tina (Zouzas) Lasiter, on October 10, 2003, in Franklin County, Arkansas. 

Harold’s dedication to service was evident throughout his life. He proudly served in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant. A passionate member of the Muldrow VFW Post 8384, Harold held many leadership roles including Commander and Quarter Master, reflecting his commitment to his fellow veterans and the community. Outside of his service to others, he cherished moments spent hunting and fishing, yet it was his devotion to the VFW that truly defined his legacy. Harold was also a devoted son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather "Pop", whose world revolved around his family.

Harold leaves behind his wife, Tina; three daughters: Pamela Lasiter and Necole Cantu of Tulsa, OK, Kimberly Coleman and Brandon of Muldrow, OK, and Jessica Brewer of Muldrow, OK; four grandchildren: Brinley Lasiter of Tulsa, OK, Noa Kate Coleman of Muldrow, OK, Kane Brewer of Muldrow, OK, and Emmalin Brewer of Muldrow, OK; two sisters, Marilyn Starr and Robert of Sallisaw, OK, and Melinda Lasiter of Muldrow, OK; three brothers, Steve Lasiter and Rhonda of Muldrow, OK, Clayton Lasiter and Louise of Muldrow, OK, and Sammy Lasiter, Jr. and Janet of Vian, OK; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many devoted friends.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Sammy and Jean Lasiter. His family and the community will forever remember him for his strong spirit and unwavering dedication.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 4 to 6 PM on Sunday, Decembery 7, 2025 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. A Memorial Service to honor his life will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 8, 2025 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow. Entombment will follow at 2:00 PM at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Active pallbearers will include Dave Lortz, Mike Bassett, Tommy Gipson, Brandon Coleman, Kane Brewer, D.J. Carter, Aron Lasiter, Kyle Lasiter, Jared Lasiter, Chad Lasiter, Sammy Lasiter III, Nick Starr, Derek Lasiter, and Jesse Stonebarger. Honorary pallbearers will be members and friends of the Muldrow VFW Post 8384.

As we come together to celebrate Harold's life, we honor his legacy of service, love, and commitment to family and community.
