Survivors are wife, Sandra of the home; two sons, Lance Johnson of Bristow, OK and Heath Johnson of Drumwright, OK; three grandchildren, Lane Ray Johnson of Bristow, OK, Shelby Johnson of Drumwright, OK, and Dana Matherly of Bristow, OK; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one granddaughter, Heather Johnson.
