Gordon Thomas Choat

Gordon Thomas Choat, age 36, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed this life on January 28, 2026, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born on September 16, 1989, in Washington, Iowa, to Kimberly Kristeeyn (Adamson) Choat and Billy Ray Choat.

Gordon is survived by his devoted parents, Bill and Kim Choat of Sallisaw, OK; two loving brothers, Bobby Choat of Phoenix, AZ, and Matthew Choat of Sallisaw, OK; as well as three cherished nieces and numerous other relatives and friends who will deeply miss him.

A funeral service honoring Gordon will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Active Pallbearers will be Michael Hornbeck, Matthew Choat, Chris Randolph, Daniel Harvell, and Alex Smith.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the viewing on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 10 AM to 8 PM at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK, where the family will be present to greet visitors from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Gordon will be missed by all who knew him.
