She was born on October 1, 1928 in Olney, Texas to Sarah Beatrice (Lackey) Lovell and Glen Spencer and passed away on January 21, 2023 in Vian, Oklahoma. She was married to Jack Harrell on January 6, 1947 in Pecos, Texas. He preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith.

Survivors are two daughters, Marsha Smith of Wichita, KS and Paula Brown and Jim of Vian, OK; five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren; and several other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; step-mother, Blanche Spencer; sister, Pearl Francion; and one brother, Cpt. Bill T. Spencer.
