He was born on July 30, 1954 in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma to Gracie Joetta (Chisum) Shamblin and James Connie Shamblin and passed away on February 18, 2021 in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma. Frankie was a loving brother and friend. He enjoyed gardening and taking care of all his plants and trees. He will greatly missed by his family and friends. Frankie was of the Baptist faith.

5 sisters: Ruth Weiss and Monty of Vian, OK, Rena Shamblin Hill and Frank of Midwest City, OK, Carolina Locust and Thomas, Jr. of Gore, OK, Donna Burchette of Jewell, KS and Tanya David and Jack of Ft. Smith, AR;

2 brothers: Jamie A. Shamblin and Shirley of Vian, OK and James E. Shamblin of Sallisaw, OK;

other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Chester Shamblin and Keith Shamblin.
