Survivors are six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; two brothers, Elmer Kinard, Jr. and Allen Kinard; one sister, Linda Cope; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Harris; and one son, Ernest Harris II.
