Graveside services for E.J. Barton, Jr., 42 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 14, 2020 at Dwight Mission Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on November 8, 1977 in Hobbs, N.M. to Cherokee (Huggins) and Earl Barton, Sr. and passed away on August 9, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

children: Sebastian, Isaac, Hunter and Cassidy;

mother: Cherokee Huggins of the home;

2 sisters: Tommy D. Hames of Tulsa, OK and Rayna Cranford of AZ;

2 brothers: Terry Barton of Bixby, OK and Charles C. Cranford, Jr. of Sallisaw, OK;

6 nieces: Amber Lynn Barton, Summer Storm Barton, Samantha Barton, Sunnie Nacole Barton, Lyndsi Marie Hames and Brittany Ann Hames;

1 nephew: Matthew Wade Hamman;

numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Viewing will be 3 – 8 pm Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
