He was born on November 9, 1961 in Wichita, Kansas to Coleta Jean (O’Neal) Davis and Don Meeks and passed away on December 25, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was a mechanic and a fabricator, working and maintaining all types of vehicles. Donnie was a veteran of the United States Army and of the Christian faith.
Survivors are mother, Coleta Jean Davis of Muldrow, OK; sister, Toby Coffey of Muldrow, OK; brother, Charles Davis of Muldrow, OK; and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father.
