A memorial service to honor the life of Donald Jack Keck, age 71, will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Vian, Oklahoma. Arrangements are being handled by Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Born on July 30, 1954, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, to Nila Van (Ross) Keck and Jack Dempsey Keck, Donald passed away on September 3, 2025, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. A proud alumnus of Oklahoma State University, he earned a Master’s Degree and dedicated his life to his passions as a cattle rancher and quail hunting enthusiast. He also contributed significantly to his community, serving as an official for Women's College Basketball, as well as holding positions on the Vian School Board and the Sequoyah County Soil and Water Conservation District.

Donald is survived by his two sons, David Alan Keck and wife Amy of Cave Springs, AR, and Todd Avery Keck of Fort Smith, AR; two grandchildren, Landon Alan Keck and Sawyer Keck; his mother, Nila Keck of Vian, OK; and a wealth of relatives and friends who will cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Dempsey Keck. 

Donald will be remembered for his love for family, his community involvement, and the joy he found in the outdoors.
