She was born on March 7, 1957 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Dorothy Dean (Secondi) Stephens and Oscar Louis Stephens, Sr. and passed away on April 27, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a former nurse and loved trucking, cattle, traveling, horse sales and her family. Debra's greatest love was her children and her family.
Survivors are two daughters, Chandra Sevenstar and April Sevenstar of Sallisaw, OK and DeAndra Drake and Logan of Fort Smith, AR; four grandchildren, Keeley Simpson, Chloe Sevenstar, Liam Sevenstar and Hazel Sevenstar, all of Sallisaw, OK; three sisters, Jerry Ann Crow of Sallisaw, OK, Karen Fargo of Gans, OK and Tonya Stephens of Sallisaw, OK; two brothers, Danny Davenport of Muldrow, O K and Mike Stephens and Elaine of Oklahoma City, OK; and numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded by her parents; and two brothers, O.L. and James Stephens.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Paula Grussendorf.
Viewing will be 10 AM - 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 - 8 PM.
