Dale James Vance

Graveside Service for Dale James Vance, 67, of Gore, Oklahoma, will be at 12:30 PM on Friday, June 28, 2024 at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on March 11, 1957 in Junction City, Kansas to Cecilia (Zurmely) Vance and Paul F. Vance and passed away on June 15, 2024 in Gore, Oklahoma. He was a former Crew Chief in the United States Air Force and a Train Engineer with BNSF. 

Survivors are one son, Jeremy Vance of Broken Arrow, OK; one daughter, Heather DeGraffenreid of Kansas City, MO; two grandsons, Jake Vance of Broken Arrow, OK and Dominic Snell of Kansas City, MO; two great-granddaughters, Zoie Mota and Alaia Mae Mota; one brother, David Vance of Oklahoma City, OK; one sister, Theresa Prendergast of Liberty, KS; and several other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Gene Vance and Paul Vance. 

Visitation will be Noon - 8 PM Thursday at Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore, Oklahoma.
