She was born on July 24, 1939 in Zacatecas, Mexico to Juliana Reyes and Manuel Resendez and passed away on March 13, 2024 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a sanitation worker at a canning factory.
Survivors are children, Juliana Esteban of Glendale, AZ, Raymond Esteban and Renee of Sallisaw, OK, Raquel Esteban and Thomas Barrera of Modesto, CA, Victor Esteban of Sallisaw, OK, Carlos Esteban of Sallisaw, OK, Gilbert Esteban of Modesto, CA, Ruben Esteban of Modesto, CA and Consuelo Ortiz of Glendale, AZ; 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; one brother, Pedro Nava of Sacramento, CA and nine siblings in the old country; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Carmen Nava; and two brothers, Jose' Nava and Jose Resendez.
Viewing will be 10 am - 1 pm Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
