Calvin was born on November 15, 1951, in San Bernardino, California, to Ida (Gardner) Lary and Calvin Lary, Sr. He passed away on September 24, 2026, in Claremore, Oklahoma.

Calvin proudly served his country as a veteran of both the United States Army and United States Navy. He worked as an electronics repairman and had a natural interest in how things worked. He especially enjoyed television and electronic repair and had a lifelong interest in science.

He leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, Darla Langdell of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Isabella and Mayson; one brother, Lee Lary and Regina of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; cousins, Debra Choate and James Choate, both of Marble City, Oklahoma; and other relatives and friends.

Calvin was preceded in death by his parents, Ida and Calvin Lary, Sr.; and one brother, Joe Lary.
